How much glue were microsoft sniffing when they decided to make right click the undo/cancel button in paint?

seriously, i'm sat at work, putting stuff on our website, carefully editing round things, then my finger will knock the right click which cancels it all together, wtf were they thinking?. Also before anyone says get a better image editor, that isn't the question. the answer should resemble something along the lines of '5 gallons'How much glue were microsoft sniffing when they decided to make right click the undo/cancel button in paint?
ctrl z will undo stuff. or click redo. its not that big a deal if you were paying attention . sorry i like paint :)How much glue were microsoft sniffing when they decided to make right click the undo/cancel button in paint?
If by paint you mean ';Microsoft Paint'; (mspaint.exe) the built-in image editor then I have to say, right click is not cancel but drawing with the background color -instead of the foreground color-.

There could be a setting -or driver- wrong with your mouse. Go to START-%26gt;Settings-%26gt;Control Panel-%26gt;Mouse item and check out if there are any tabs on top of default ones (Buttons, Pointers, Pointer Options, Wheel, Hardware), e.g. one which allows you to set different options to the different mouse buttons.

If you can't see any unusual look for applications made by the hardware manufacturer (e.g. ';Logitech';) in the START menu ';Programs'; item (and the Tray Bar) or even in Add/Remove Programs (appwiz.cpl) just to be sure.

If you find it, check out mouse button settings (if can't see any unusual, uninstall the software and let windows use a default driver to the mouse, check out if it solved the problem).

If there's no manufacturer's driver for the mouse, download and install one and configure your mouse (could solve the problem of messed up buttons).

Last but not least, if there's UNDO there used to be a REDO (';undo the undo';) function too. By default, undo is CTRL+Z while redo is CTRL+Y but if that doesn't work, go to File Menu, select ';Edit';-%26gt;';Redo'; option.

Hope it helps.
you have to remember paint has not actually changed since the year dot so its not surprising its not very good.

i was not aware anyone still actually used it, as for using it for editing images for a website use something a bit errr newer
';Also before anyone says get a better image editor, that isn't the question.';

No, it's NOT the question, it's the OBVIOUS answer.

You must be the last person on earth doing web design with that piece of junk. If you don't LIKE Paint, don't complain, find a better (FREE) alternative!!!

For instance:
I'm gonna guess they where sniffing 5 gallons of glue, 3 gallons of paint thinner, huffing 50 whip cream cans and finishing it off with 4 gallons of nail polish
lol!!! I agree!

5 1/2 gallons.
It wasn't glue, it was paint thinner. ****** up Paint in two ways. And I'd say about 3 gallons each.
It wasn't glue. It was either WD-40 or Paint Thinner. Glue would have wore off before they had a chance to program it.
Paint? How much glue are YOU sniffing?

At least get paint.net or gimp... They're free, and don't suck as much.
a tiny childrens art paint......thingy
lol right click undo is dumb.

i think they were doing something more hardcore than glue...
About enough to fill up a pool.
