Hi, I have a Haro f2 that I purchased in 2003. It is currently yellow with all black trim. I want to repaint the frame and forks midnight blue, or maybe a blue like midnight blue but instead of a blackish tone more grey. Anyways I want to do the cranks, bars, ect. white. What is the best way to go about doing this. (I dont want to get it done professionally). Thanks!How to paint Haro F2?
take off all the parts.
take off the crank and the bearings
mask anything that isn't painted.
go at it with kilz primer and then some nice spray paint.
I've done several bikes this way. it usually works.
just don't get it on any moving parts or anything that's not supposed to be painted.
remember to apply two coats of primer and several coats of spray paint.
