Not sure what it is that your going to do but try your local Michael's or craft store they have lots of products for this. Make sure you ask at the counter for the specific needs. They also have etching paint. You can also try your home do it yourself store like home depot Lowe's, or even your paint stores like Dunn Edwards.

use zinnzer primer and apply with a brush, then use an oil based undercoat and then to finnish off use whatever paint you wish to finnish it with.
