How can I get a pale look w/o resorting to chalky/greasy makeup or face paint?

How do people like Amy Lee get their pale looks without resorting to face paint. I really want a pale/white face for Halloween, but I really don't want cake on face-paint. Help? How can I get a pale look w/o resorting to chalky/greasy makeup or face paint?
baby powder... you need something on your face to help it stick though, foundation (in a very pale color) or jojoba oil should do the trick, plus it won't make you break out.How can I get a pale look w/o resorting to chalky/greasy makeup or face paint?
i dust on the lightest powder i can find. ( like real makeup) Its pale and no greasy or overdone and it wont clogg my pores if i look for the right one.

this site really helps out i wanted the same look and Ive almost got it, really try any of these listed with the lemon juice they work.

or you can use a papaya soap or you can mix a little lime juice and some fresh mint and brush it on your skin leave it for 10-20 minutes then wash your skin with warm water or....

just use the site =]
my tip is baby powder put some in a little dish and use a blush brush use a little then a little more until your happy with it dont get fustrated it might take a little practice until perfect:)
stay out of the sun and have the genes that let you have white skin...
well, a lot of people like amy lee are born with a naturally fair complexion (not just her face is light). I'm the same way, and I HAVE to stay out of the sun or else I go all red and blistery, even for just 20 minutes, teehee

but, in terms of make-up, get a LIGHT loose face powder, and maybe mix a little baby powder in with that, so it's not toooooo ghastly.
Some of us are born with milky pale skin like Amy Lee so its just Natural but if you have darker skin the only way you can get pale is by make up.... unless you wanna go to the Michael Jackson extreme?

This is like me asking how do I get dark skin (im pale) without tanning or makeup... impossible unless your born with it
I'm not sure about Amy Lee, but I know a lot of Goth types buy really light colored powder and foundation from Mac cosmetics. There are also companies like Manic Panic who make white foundation http://cgi.ebay.com/MANIC-PANIC-Dreamton鈥?/a> This stuff tends to look more like Halloween makeup, so you might want to go with the Mac (which was originally developed as a theatrical cosmetic line) although Mac is likely a bit more expensive.
Try Medusa's Makeup in Geisha. It will definitely not look chalky or greasy.
stay inside for like 3 months
