Goof off or acetone. Be very carefull with both, they are poison. Also, acetone is explosive. Test on an inconspicuous area first to make sure it doesn't change the color or attack the finish on the knob/floor.How to Remove Paint from areas it got on?
Paint on the door knobs: you can remove the paint on the door handles with mineral spirits and a Q-tip. In some cases, you may be able to pick it off without any harm to the handle when it is dry.

Paint on the floor: this really depends on what flooring it got on. If it is laminate or vinyl, you can usually pick it off when it drys. If it is carpet and the paint is NOT oil based, you can scrub the carpet with carpet cleaner and this will lessen the paint in the carpet.
If it is latex, you should be able to remove it with a plastic pot scratcher and some hot water. Try the doorknob and see if you can just scratch it off with your fingernail. If you can, the scratcher should work well on the floor. If it is stuck tighter, you can gently scrape with a sharp knife. The sooner you get at it the easier it will be to get off.
Try water first, if it's latex....Nail polish remover, for a quick fix, mineral spirits, or paint thinner if its not
