Hi

You can safely call it Graphic art because it does not have a category nor can be put into a level of a so-called art movement so it has no boundaries whatsoever. In fact you can notice the artwork you're showing have a combination of elements from different art representations (classical curls, postmodern swoosh, pop art

flower;reminiscent of the 70's,blah blah)Graphic art have become a convergent ';medium'; to all of these.

You can create them thru Photoshop/Illustrator (all versions), CorelDraw/PhotoPaint (all versions). Can you believe you can do it in Microsoft Word?!! You can cut and paste it but you have to be patient in making it.What is the name of this art? How can i find a tutorials to paint such things?
thats a very interesting piece of art! i agree that it was porbably done with photo shop, or maybe a very experienced ink artist, this also is a copy of another piece, so it does look different and more krisp than an actual piece

GOODLUCK!
hi~! this is a successful redition of graphics that can be created from either Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator software.

The step by step tutorial can be found in their user intro. Most of the time design itself is the more tricky part than than its creation process. With more visuals you will have more fun and reference doing and creating your own design even by using a cut-%26amp;-paste technique.

Enjoy your exploration!
It's going to be really hard to find out who did that piece because there are so many graphic artists with similar styles. It was probably done in Photoshop, using a bunch of different flower images and custom brushes.
Free your miind.
