How to use paint shop pro 11?

im totally new to paint shop pro 11. does anyone know how to change the eye color for a picture on painy shop pro 11?How to use paint shop pro 11?
basically the same in all image editors, select eyes with lasso, select color of eye with dropper, or select color range,


change image hue/ saturation, also can select eyes and copy and paste on new layer, and do the same, or if black and white , create new layer over top, and paint color, and make transparent,
